About the song

Tout l'univers by Gjon's Tears was Switzerland's entry in the 2021 contest. Gjon's Tears was originally slated to compete for Switzerland in 202, but as we know Covid-19 cancelled those plans. The song is sung very beautifully in French, and you should really hear his voice! This performance was also voted by the fans to have the best vocals of all of the numbers in 2021. Which makes sense, because Gjon took his stage name from the fact that the first time he sang for his grandfather, said grandfather started to cry from the beauty of it.
